QQ图片20160830151613.jpgProfessor Chengke Zhou is currently with the School of Engineering and Built Environment at Glasgow Caledonian University, UK. He is also visiting professor to Wuhan University and Hohai University, China. He has over 30 years research experience in power systems and high voltage condition monitoring and has acted as consultant to UK Power Networks, EDF Energy and Scottish Power. His research interests span from the optimal operation of power systems with renewables and electric vehicles, to high voltage plant condition monitoring. He has led two major UK EPSRC and numerous industrially funded research projects in power cable condition monitoring. He has published over 150 papers including over 30 in IET Journal and IEEE Transactions. He was also a member of CIGRE working D1.39. Prof. Zhou is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of IET, Senior Member of IEEE.


Hikita.jpgMasayuki Hikita received the B.S., M.S. and Dr. degrees in electrical engineering from Nagoya University, Japan, in 1977, 1979, and 1982, respectively. He was an Assistant Professor, a Lecturer and an Associate Professor at Nagoya University in 1982, 1989, and 1992, respectively. Since 1996, he has been a professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Kyushu Institute of Technology. He was a Visiting Scientist at the High Voltage Laboratory in MIT, USA, from 1985 to 1987. Dr. Hikita has recently been interested in research on development of diagnostic techniques of electric power apparatus, and insulation technology development of power electronics device and apparatus such as inverter and semiconductor power module. He is a member of the IEEE (Senior member), the Japan Society of Applied Physics , the IEE of Japan and CIGRE.


李剑.jpgJian Li, received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering in 1997 and 2001, respectively from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. He is currently a professor of High Voltage and Insulation Technology Department and the vice dean of School of Electrical Engineering at Chongqing University. His major research interests include online detection of insulation condition in electrical devices, partial discharges, and insulation fault diagnosis for high voltage equipment, anti-icing coating for outdoor insulator, and polyethylene/organic-montmorillonite nano-composites. He is an author and coauthor of more than 50 journal and  international conferences papers.
